Hands-on time: 5 minutes, Unattendted time: 30+ minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c. full fat canned coconut milk
- 1/4 c. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. cardamom
- a pinch of salt
- 1 scoop collagen peptides powder (optional for protein)
- 1 tbsp. raisins + slivered almonds (optional)
Combine all ingredients in jar and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes or more. 30 minutes will yield a thinner pudding, while letting it sit overnight will give you a much thicker consistency. This is great for dessert or breakfast!
